Washer/dryer is located in the garage and is shared with our housekeeper who will use it in the AM. Your designated hours to use the washer and dryer will be from 3pm-8pm everyday of the week. If your schedule conflicts, we’re happy to talk about this in advance. All utilities are included- Wi-Fi, electric, water, lawn care, trash/recycling, and washer/dryer. The AC thermostat is on a comfortable set schedule and is controlled by the owners. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM every day. Ring camera located on the outside of the property.
