Tenants must apply to Solivita Membership for HOA approval, and any application fees are the responsibility of the proposed tenant (approx. $50.00 fee), paid to Solivita membership. No pets of any kind. No smoking inside or outside of the rental house. All tenants must use RentSpree for background and credit checks. Fee to be paid directly to RentSpree by the tenants. Tenants will provide the landlord with proof of insurance, covering tenant’s personal property and liability insurance, this must be before the start of the lease.
